Bio

Ted Patch, Chief Production Officer of the Multifamily Finance group, is responsible for overseeing Walker & Dunlop’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac production platforms. Based out of our corporate headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, Mr. Patch also manages Walker & Dunlop’s Preferred Correspondent network, which exceeds twenty firms. Additionally, he acts as a liaison for the Capital Markets group, with respect to their GSE originations, as well as coordinating with the Investment Sales teams and the various debt platforms. Mr. Patch has over 30 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate and is a member of the MBA MORPAC Steering Committee as well as the Co-Head of the Fannie Mae Manufactured Housing Communities Working Group. Mr. Patch joined Walker & Dunlop in 1998 as an underwriter and became part of the production team in 1999. Mr. Patch earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maryland.
