Ted Gates is a Senior Associate in CBRE Chicago’s Brokerage Services Group. In this role, Ted partners with David Prell in representing corporate occupiers of industrial real estate on-site selection, lease negotiations, build-to-suits, surplus property disposition and sale-leaseback advisory. Ted focuses his practice on the Fox Valley Market Area.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ted worked at Transwestern, a privately held real estate firm, specializing in agency leasing, property and facilities management, tenant advisory, capital markets, research and sustainability.
