Ted is a Managing Principal at Red Summit Partners, LLC and oversees asset management and construction management.
Ted has over 3 decades of real estate experience and has been involved in over $5.0 billion of acquisition and disposition transactions. Ted has extensive experience in real estate management, including multifamily asset management, property management, acquisitions, disposition, renovations and repositioning. Prior to Red Summit, Ted was with Cushman (FKA Pinnacle) for 13 years, and served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Asset Management. Prior to Pinnacle, he was a principal with Warner Alan Properties, Vice President of Operations for Fath Properties, and Divisional Operations Manager for Krupp Realty Company (now Berkshire Group). Ted has overseen the execution of conventional, affordable, and student housing.
Ted graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor degree in Accounting.
