Bio
With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience, Taylor Williams, managing director, is responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity opportunities nationwide.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Williams was responsible for originating and structuring debt for commercial real estate properties at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. During his tenure, he was focused on establishing and maintaining insurance company correspondent relationships, developed, and maintained new client relationships, and was consistently in the top 20% of Grandbridge producers. Before Grandbridge, Mr. Williams served as senior vice president at Wilson & Nolan and began his commercial real estate finance career with Green Park Financial, the original Agency lending arm of Walker & Dunlop.
Mr. Williams earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
