Taylor Wagner

As an Acquisitions Associate at Ziff Real Estate Partners, Taylor is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and market analysis aiding in the company’s pursuit of value-add retail, office, and self-storage properties. Prior to joining Ziff, Taylor worked as an Asset and Transaction Manager for Bridgestone/Firestone’s corporate real estate team. He was responsible for the management and tactical oversight of portfolio matters within Bridgestone’s fleet of 2,500 existing real estate assets. Preceding Bridgestone, Taylor worked as a Leasing Advisor at TSCG. Taylor received his undergraduate degree in Communication from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY and his Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
