Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions. Mr. Stephen is a graduate of both the University of Missouri-Columbia and University of Missouri-Kansas City and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business in Administration and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Real Estate. Mr. Stephen worked at Maxus from 2018-2022 and recently rejoined in 2023 as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions. Mr. Stephen has experience with development and oversees any real estate transaction that occurs within Maxus from apartment & commercial purchases, third party management agreements, as well as preferred equity & opportunity zone investments.
