Bio
Taylor Shepard is an Associate Director in CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance division and participates in the placement of debt financing for all commercial real estate asset classes throughout the United States. Ms. Shepard joined the San Francisco Office in 2016 after four years with CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance team in Boston. She and her colleagues work with Debt Funds, Life Insurance Companies, international and domestic commercial banks, mortgage REITs, pension funds and Wall Street CMBS investment banks to provide their client’s the best execution possible.
During her over six-year career in commercial real estate finance, Ms. Shepard has executed more than $5 billion in debt and equity placement for a wide range of stabilized and ground-up development office, retail, industrial, multifamily, parking, healthcare and hotel assets. Ms. Shepard leads the CBRE San Francisco Women’s Network, is an Executive Member of the CBRE Debt & Structured Finance Analyst Steering Committee, a member of the Mulgrave School Alumni Association Advisory Board, a member of NAIOP’s Young Professionals Group Alumni Committee as a graduate of the Class of 2018, and a member of the Urban Land Institute- San Francisco’s Young Leaders Group Advisory Steering Committee, Membership Engagement Committee and Women’s Leadership Initiative.
