Taylor Hillenmeyer joined the Nashville office of CBRE in January 2012 following a 15 year career in commercial real estate brokerage services. He specializes in office and medical office product, providing landlord and tenant representation services to office and medical office owners and space users.
Mr. Hillenmeyer began his career at The Stout & Teague Companies in Washington, DC, where he directed in-house leasing responsibilities for the firm and provided third-party landlord and tenant representation services to a broad range of owners and end users throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. While at Stout & Teague, Mr. Hillenmeyer negotiated leases totaling over 1 million square feet and over $150 million in transaction value. He was a five-time recipient of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors' Developer Agent Award and was awarded as a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2005.
After relocating to the Nashville area in 2007, Mr. Hillenmeyer served as Vice President – Corporate Services for ProVenture Commercial Real Estate, where he provided third party brokerage and tenant representation services to office and medical office end-users in the Nashville metropolitan area and other markets. While at ProVenture, Mr. Hillenmeyer negotiated leases totaling over $50 million in transaction value.
