Taylor Gimian

Taylor is a Director in the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He is an Associate on the debt and equity team with five years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Taylor is responsible for the execution of debt and equity transactions for all property types throughout the Western United States. Taylor specializes in structured finance and is responsible for over $4.8 billion in debt financing and equity placement since 2016.

Taylor joined JLL in March 2018 from HFF prior to its acquisition by JLL. Prior to joining HFF, he was an Analyst in Cushman and Wakefield’s San Francisco office, where he focused on debt and equity placement. Taylor graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance.
