Bio
Taylor is a Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL in 2016 and splits his time between the Dallas and Fort Worth offices. He has a diverse origination background having financed mostly every commercial real estate product type including office, retail, industrial, multi-housing, hotel/ hospitality, and self-storage. His current focus is providing debt and equity solutions for his clients across the country.
Prior to joining JLL, Taylor was a Vice President with Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on fixed and floating rate real estate debt originations (specializing in loans slated for securitization as commercial mortgage back Securities - CMBS). In his earlier years with Goldman, Taylor spent time working on a high yield real estate bridge lending team in the firm's asset management group. In his final years there, his team originated over $400 million per year. Taylor is active in the Fort Worth community spending time volunteering at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
