Taylor Brown began his career in 2008 with Brown Realty Advisors where he was involved in the sale of over 75,000 units and over $4 billion in volume. His responsibilities span the entire lifecycle of a multifamily transaction with an emphasis on customer service. Taylor has an in-depth understanding of financial underwriting, past and current market conditions, markets and submarkets located in the Southeast United States, and negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements. Taylor’s hands-on approach and candid advice has led to long standing relationships and continued repeat business. He also has access to capital markets as a direct lender to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Freddie SBL, FHA, Bridge, and CMBS loans.

Taylor is an active member of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, The Young Council of Realtors, The Atlanta Apartment Association, and the ACBR Million Dollar Club. He is currently a licensed real estate salesperson in the States of Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. He is also in the final stages of obtaining his CCIM designation. On a personal note, Taylor has been active in coaching baseball at the Northside Youth Organization and participates in local Club Sport Atlanta events.

Taylor received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Real Estate from the Terry School of Business at The University of Georgia. He resides in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
