Taylor Brown

Taylor S. Brown serves as our Associate Vice President – Investments, responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities. He is also involved with determining and executing strategic value creation opportunities across the existing portfolio and portfolio performance. Prior to joining New Market, Taylor served as an Investments Associate at EDENS, a privately held Retail REIT with offices along the East Coast and Texas. Based in the Boston office, Taylor was responsible for the investment analysis for acquisition, disposition, and redevelopment opportunities in the company’s Northeast portfolio and managed the quarterly valuation process for the region. Taylor is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler School of Business with a concentration in Finance, and received his B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. He serves on the Young Alumni Board for the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and the Young Executives Board of the Atlanta Police Foundation. Taylor is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
