Taylor Allison

Taylor is a Director in the Charlotte office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He specializes in Debt & Equity Capital Markets throughout the Carolinas. Since rejoining JLL in August of 2016, he has worked on a variety of disposition, acquisition, sale leaseback, debt and equity transactions.

He began his career as a Research Analyst at JLL. After spending time with the Research Department, Taylor transitioned to an Investment Analyst to assist with JLL's Capital Markets Group in the Carolinas. In 2015, Taylor moved to HFF as a Real Estate Analyst where he was able to further hone the underwriting and valuation skills. Since 2016, Taylor has been a part of the Debt & Equity Capital Markets team at JLL working on a variety of asset-level financing, credit tenant lease financing, joint venture equity, forward-sales and capital markets advisory.
