Tara Hayden Buchakjian

Tara Hayden Buchakjian is a First Vice President in CBRE's advisory and transaction services group based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Tara specializes in representing both landlords and tenants in the greater Philadelphia region, as well as multi-market occupier clients. 

Prior to joining CBRE, Tara served as vice president at Hayden Real Estate Investments for ten years, where Tara represented corporate occupiers and owners in the development and implementation of their real estate strategies, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of all properties under ownership by Hayden and their affiliates. During her tenure at Hayden, Tara completed over 350 lease transactions totaling more than 4.5 million square feet, representing both tenants and landlords.

Before joining Hayden Real Estate Investments, Tara spent time in New York City and Chicago in the advertising industry working on print and television campaigns.

Tara received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and is a graduate of the Academy of Notre Dame in Villanova, Pennsylvania. Tara currently resides in Wayne, Pennsylvania with her husband and their three daughters. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, especially skiing or relaxing at the beach.
