Bio
Ms. Warner, as head of transactions and underwriting, oversees the company’s acquisition, disposition, and financing transaction processes including legal review and closing management. Having joined the firm shortly after its inception in early 2014, she has been involved in more than $7 billion of acquisitions and $3 billion of dispositions. In addition, Warner leads the processing of property due diligence, debt compliance and is the lead on equity partner and loan coordination.
Ms. Warner has more than 21 years of multifamily experience. Prior to joining TruAmerica, Ms. Warner was senior vice president and senior underwriter with CWCapital LLC and and continued in that role when the firm was acquired by Walker & Dunlop.
Ms. Warner holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from UCLA and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in California.
