Tal Siglar joined Cushman & Wakefield in August 2017 as Managing Director based in the Inland Empire. He specializes in sales and leasing, sale-leaseback, tax deferred (1031) exchanges, leased investments, build-to-suit, and site search and acquisition, land development, and landlord and tenant representation.
Tal has leased and sold more than 25 million square feet of industrial product and has completed more than 300 transactions with an aggregate value of ±$1.5 Billion. Tal brings a tremendous amount of expert market knowledge. Whether his client is institutional or private, he is committed to providing the highest level of professional services and his solid reputation of putting the client first. Tal continues to be a sought-after expert in the commercial real estate sector.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tal was a Senior Vice President with Colliers International in the Inland Empire.
