Bio
Mr. Savariego joined Meridian in January 2006 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the company's New York City headquarters. He has originated more than $10 billion in transactions during his tenure, including over $5 billion since January 2014. Mr. Savariego has cultivated an extensive network of lending relationships and has successfully arranged financing solutions for all real estate asset classes, including a large volume of structured finance transactions encompassing ground-up construction, mod/rehab, and bridge lending.
Mr. Savariego attended New York University, where he received his Bachelor of Science Magna Cum Laude in finance from the Stern School of Business.
