Tae-Sik Yoon

Mr. Yoon is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Ares Real Estate Group and is a member of the Management Committee of Ares Management. He additionally serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation. Mr. Yoon also serves as a member of the Ares Real Estate Group's Global and Debt Investment Committees. Prior to joining Ares in 2012, Mr. Yoon was a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Akridge, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of J.E. Robert Company and held various investment banking roles at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Yoon was also an attorney at the law firm of Williams & Connolly. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Law School and is a member of bars of the District of Columbia and State of Maryland.
