Bio

T. Mullin is a First Vice President with CBRE’s Capital Markets.  As an attorney, Ms. Mullin spent nearly 20 years applying the law to both real estate and business transactions, with expertise in both the private and public sectors.  Through her diverse experience, she has developed a unique skill set that enables her to identify creative yet pragmatic and effective solutions for even the most challenging real estate and business development matters, with consideration to all facets of complex transactions – including finance, accounting, legal and tax considerations.  Ms. Mullin strives to provide holistic services and solutions to a diverse client base, including developers, corporates, and stakeholders, in both the public and private sectors.  Under her leadership, Detroit Wayne County was recognized by Site Selection Magazine as one of the country’s best economic development groups.  In her former role, she served as a contributor to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation advisory board and was routinely solicited for input on regional development projects. By leveraging her skill set and integrating it with the broader CBRE capital markets team’s expertise in finance, accounting, economics, tax and underwriting, Ms. Mullin is able to spearhead the development of highly advanced execution strategies for both real estate based and credit based transaction structures, for maximum client benefit.

Investors and corporate occupants of commercial real estate have similar capital markets needs. However, many corporate occupants lack in-depth real estate expertise as a core business, and thus may fail to recognize the significant capital markets opportunities that may be available to them.  As a result, these opportunities often remain undetected and untapped. CBRE’s Capital Markets practice is designed to look critically at all capital markets solutions and ultimately uncover value for commercial real estate occupants, in a manner that is similar to services CBRE provides to investor clients. The corporate capital markets team assists owners, investors and occupiers with alternative capital solutions for corporate owned and occupied real estate.
