Bio

Sven Pole brings 36 years of experience working with commercial real estate investors and occupiers. He is currently a Vice Chairman for CBRE where he leads a team delivering complex and multi-market global transactions to corporate clients. In this role, Sven provides advice to clients on portfolio optimization and strategic transactions by blending corporate finance, accounting, and capital market expertise.

 

Over the last eight years his team has executed over 1,600 transactions for high-tech clients across the globe. These deals include large scale build-to-suits, ground up construction, ground leases, complex renovations, and various partnership and entity structures in almost all major international tech markets. He has direct work experience in real estate development, acquisitions, leasing, strategic planning, M&A of entities and portfolios, credit underwriting, REITs, and outsourcing.

 

Before the CBRE acquisition, Sven was the Managing Partner for the Nor. Cal. operations of the Trammell Crow. He was previously a founding Principal of the McMahan Group, a Manager in the real estate consulting group at KPMG, and worked at several development and brokerage firms.
