Suzette LaGrange joined Colliers International in 2005 following a 10 year career with CBRE. She has been involved in office and industrial lease transactions totaling more than 7 million square feet, building sales of nearly 7 million square feet, and the sale of over 400 acres of land. She, along with her partner, Kara Walker, specialize in working with private investment property owners to monitize and maximize thier real estate assets. She has facilitated numerous multi-tenant investment property sales and most notibly was involved in the portfolio sale of approximately 3.5 million square feet of industrial buildings and land on behalf of DP Partners to ProLogis, a transaction valued at approximately $370 million.
