Suzanne Lazzaro

Ms. Lazzaro has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate finance industry. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Lazzaro was an independent consultant to various professional real estate firms, including CBRE and Fannie Mae, providing services in training, management, underwriting & structuring, auditing and financial analyses for both debt and equity transactions. Additionally, Ms. Lazzaro served as Assistant Vice President of Underwriting at Berkshire Mortgage Finance (now known as Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage) for 8 years. Ms. Lazzaro earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from University of Massachusetts Boston.
