Suzanne Bender currently serves as a Senior Associate on one of the highest producing capital markets teams in Utah with Executive Managing Director, Bryce Blanchard, and Senior Investment Advisor, Steve Walton. Suzanne’s responsibilities are vast and consist of managing the due diligence process from start to finish, database management, property research, marketing, accounting, photography, ensuring team productivity on projects and assisting the team and clients on any additional needs. She is a vital member of the team and valued by any client she assists.

Suzanne is a four-time winner of Newmark’s Team Manager of the Year Award. Suzanne joined Newmark in 2007 and spent seven years as Team Manager to the Wood, Nicoloff and Falk Team followed by serving as Director of Research prior to joining the capital markets team.
