Susan Raffo

Ms. Choi brings over 10 years of real estate valuation experience to L&L, where she focuses on acquisition and sourcing financing for commercial properties in New York City.

Prior to working at L&L, Ms. Choi was a Deal Leader in the Global Valuation Team at GE Real Estate, a global leader in commercial real estate with $68 billion in total assets and over 150MM SF of global real estate owned. Her primarily focus was on portfolio underwriting of equity, debt, note purchases, and non-performing loan investments of office, multi-family, retail and industrial assets across the United States and select markets in Canada, Europe and Asia with over $1 billion of closed investments. Earlier in her career, she was a senior real estate consultant at Andersen, LLP.

Ms. Choi graduated cum laude from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
