Susan Gatley

Ms. Gately serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Senlac Ridge Partners. Previously she was Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Normandy Real Estate Partners overseeing all aspects of the Corporate, Fund, and Property financial reporting. Prior to joining Normandy in 2003, she worked for The Gale Company (formerly Gale & Wentworth) as an Investment Analyst for 5 years and as a Portfolio Accounting Manager for the first 4 years. Her vast experience includes all aspects of acquisition, valuation, and financial reporting of properties, opportunity funds, and limited partnerships. Ms. Gately, a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), started her career with KPMG after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
