Suman Alagappan

Mr. Alagappan is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing new investments across all property types. Previously, Mr. Alagappan was a member of the investment team at Colony Capital, a global private equity firm. At Colony, he was involved in a wide range of transactions including opportunistic equity investments in real estate assets and operating companies, distressed debt acquisitions / restructurings, and high-yield loan originations. Prior to Colony, Mr. Alagappan was a member of the Leveraged Finance & Restructuring Group at UBS Investment Bank and the Real Estate Investment Group at J.P. Morgan Investment Management. Mr. Alagappan received a BBA in Finance and a BA from the Plan II Program at The University of Texas at Austin.
