Sue Harker

Sue Harker is Vice President of Property Management at The Sembler Company, overseeing the full-service management of more than 12.5 million square feet of retail space throughout the southeastern United States. Harker has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience including management, leasing, market evaluation and outparcel sales. She has managed neighborhood and regional centers…small-shop and mid-box leasing… ground leases… redevelopment projects and more – always adding maximum value to all the properties in her portfolio. Harker joined The Sembler Company in 1997 as a Property Manager and Leasing Representative handling properties along the east coast of Florida. She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. And she is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
