Bio
Since joining Boston Capital in 2004, Ms. Jaffe has managed a large and varied portfolio of partnerships, including construction and lease-up, compliance period operations and disposition. In this position, she has worked closely with general partners and management companies to achieve stable operations as well as workouts, restructuring partnerships, resolving compliance issues and complex refinancing. In addition, since 2010 Su-Ann has also been responsible for managing all aspects of Boston Capital’s third-party asset management contracts that include state HFAs, CDCs, and banks.
Ms. Jaffe’s experience includes 40 years in property and asset management for national developer/owners, nonprofit CDCs, MassHousing, Boston Housing Authority and HUD. She is experienced in conventional, subsidized and LIHTC residential properties. Ms. Jaffe holds a B.A. from The Western College in Oxford, Ohio. She continues her education in real estate through courses at Harvard University extension, Boston University and Northeastern University. She holds both C4P and HCCP LIHTC designations
