Stuart Siegel serves as a Senior Vice President with CBRE in the Midtown office.  Mr. Siegel's successful career can be attributed to his unique ability to bring the visions of creative and entrepreneurial clients to life in highly specialized markets. His skill in offering innovative and imaginative solutions to owners and tenants, along with deep market knowledge of burgeoning districts in the New York, makes Mr. Siegel virtually peerless in his territories.  These include, but are not exclusive to, Midtown South, the West Side from the Hudson Yards to Chelsea/Highline, Meatpacking/Greenwich Village, Tribeca, and SoHo.

Prior to CBRE, Mr. Siegel was an Executive Managing Director, with Grubb & Ellis New York, Inc., where during his nearly 20-year tenure, he established himself as one of the firm's top producers nationwide.  He has been recognized often and has been nominated for the "Ingenious Deal of the Year," RENBY's most coveted and celebrated prize.  Noteworthy deals include, from conception to fulfillment, Chelsea Arts Tower, a 75,000 sf ground-up commercial condominium development in far west Chelsea; the leasing of 300,000 sf in a converted warehouse at 450 West 15th Street (home to high-end fashion and art tenants including Jeffrey New York, Milk Studios and Philips DePury) proving to be the pivotal transaction of what is now the re-imagined Meatpacking District; and the sale of three historic properties (West Chelsea) a transaction valued at $97.5 million.  All of these were unprecedented deals at the time in these areas of Manhattan.

Stuart Siegel is an advocate for clients seeking his counsel and his expertise is highly sought after by developers, business owners, neighborhood business councils, real estate publications, and fellow brokers.  His collegial and collaborative style along with a commitment to excellence and integrity truly distinguish Mr. Siegel.  He has cultivated an impressive and loyal clientele representing a wide range of diverse and exclusive disciplines including retailers, art-related, fashion, high tech, along with numerous other creative organizations.
