Stuart joined Provident in January of 2019. Most recently Stuart served as Director for a Municipal Finance Investment Firm. Prior to that, Stuart has decades of experience at GE Capital and Invesco Real Estate. He focuses on Provident projects that may include incentives, special districts, opportunity zones and complex capital structures.
