Stu Hansen

Stu Hansen is a real estate investment specialist residing in Southern California. He currently holds multiple positions, including President of Shelter Asset Management; Vice President of Marquee Asset Management, LLC; and Vice President of International Investments for Drewco Development Corp. In his role at Shelter Asset Management, Stu Hansen oversees the real estate investment team. In addition to screening potential investment opportunities for clients, the company evaluates various types of real estate investments, including commercial and residential properties. Stuart Hansen also serves as Vice President of Marquee Asset Management, where he has a direct role in developing investment opportunities in the American real estate market. After opening the company’s first U.S.-based branch in California, he assembled a management team to implement the firm’s goal, which is to construct, own, and manage luxury residential homes and apartments in the Western United States.
