Stoddie Nibley

Stoddie joined Lincoln Property Company in the fall of 2009 as a Marketing/Research Associate where he was responsible for tracking the Northern Virginia office market and providing analytical reports and marketing materials for LPC’s Virginia leasing team. He is now a member of the leasing team and represents both landlords and tenants throughout the area.

He has experience working on both existing office projects, as well as development projects. He is also a member of LPC’s Virginia tenant representation team, which exists as the sole tenant representation brokerage team with an office in Arlington, Virginia.

Prior to LPC, Stoddie interned at Grubb & Ellis where he worked in tenant representation. A native of Chevy Chase, MD, Stoddie graduated from Landon School in Bethesda, MD in 2005.

He went on to graduate from Georgetown University where he served as a member of the men’s lacrosse team for four years, and earned a B.A. in English. Stoddie is also involved in multiple charitable organizations.
