Steve Voinovich has established a proven track record providing best in class transaction services to his local and multi-market commercial real estate clients. Steve specializes in tenant representation adding value to his clients by strategically managing the real estate process from start to finish. He works hand-in-hand with his clients to identify and strategically align their real estate requirements with their business, financial and operational objectives.
Prior to joining CBRE, Steve enjoyed a successful golf career at John Carroll University earning NCAA All-American honors four years in a row. This success triggered a professional golf career where Steve won numerous tournaments and competed on various tours including the Nationwide Tour and the NGA Professional Golf Tour. Steve was inducted into the John Carroll University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2007.
