As part of the underwriting process, he analyzes historical statements, comparable sales, zoning, permitted uses, and comparable rents. He also assists the team with special market research projects.
Mr. Rojas graduated from UC Santa Barbara where he studied Economics & Accounting. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Rojas worked as an analyst at Eastdil Secured where he focused on investment sales & debt placements, and as an associate at Pendulum Property Partners focusing on acquisitions and asset management.
