Bio
Steven McGee is Director, Real Estate Development, for Rockefeller Group’s Southeast Region. Mr. McGee leads the industrial development initiatives for the region and is responsible for all facets of the development process. He draws from his broad industrial real estate experience which includes development, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, site selection, and asset management. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group in 2020, Mr. McGee spent seven years as Director of Real Estate for Atlanta-based Americold Realty Trust (NYSE:COLD), a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics. In his role at Americold he led all real estate activities for the company’s 44 million square foot cold storage industrial portfolio. Mr. McGee holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Berry College. He is a member of ULI and the Industrial Asset Management Council as well as Vice Chairman and Treasurer of Fulton Industrial Boulevard Community Improvement District (CID) in Atlanta.
