Bio
Steven Leitch is a Vice Chairman with Newmark's Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Bethesda office. He joined the company's predecessor firm in 1993, originally as an analyst in the underwriting department. He joined the production staff in 1995 and handled MBS trading activities for several years while assisting several senior producers. Since moving into a primary origination role in 1998, Mr. Leitch has closed over 500 loans totaling more than $5 billion in business. He now partners with George Wisecarver in the Bethesda office to handle clients throughout the U.S.

Mr. Leitch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and marketing from the University of Virginia.
