Steven Klenk, P.E.

As Vice President of Construction, Mr. Klenk is responsible for the planning and development of Woodmont’s construction projects. He is responsible for managing construction staff, contractors and design professionals, as well as implementing construction policy and interfacing with governmental agencies. Mr. Klenk brings 25 years of diverse construction experience to Woodmont, ranging from heavy civil projects to multi-family development and luxury custom homes. He has been directly responsible for over $800 million of construction volume. His vast custom experience and attention to detail has resulted in the construction of award-wining residences throughout New Jersey. Mr. Klenk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. He is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and Delaware.
