Steven is a Partner at Rebar Capital, a real-estate acquisition and management platform focused on mid-market multifamily housing. Over the past 7 years, the platform has acquired and managed over 900 housing units, generating double-digit cash on cash returns to investors with an exit portfolio of 20% IRR.

Concurrently, Steven is a Venture Consultant to Singtel Innov8, the venture fund of Singtel Group, and a senior advisor to ClalTech and Access Industries, investment entities of Len Blavatnik. Steven supports the Israeli teams with deal sourcing, due diligence, and investment selection.
