Bio
Mr. Helmreich joined Meridian in 2013 and currently serves as a Vice President in the company's Iselin, NJ office. He is responsible for the origination, placement, and processing of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, mixed-use, and retail. He primarily focuses on properties in the Tri-State area and Pennsylvania but has nationwide experience as well.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Helmreich has negotiated more than $3 billion in financing covering multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and other property types.
Mr. Helmreich holds a bachelor's degree from Charter Oaks State College.
