Steven Greenbush

Steven K. Greenbush is an Executive Vice President in CBRE's Stamford, CT office. Mr. Greenbush's expertise includes tenant and owner representation, consulting, and investment sales for clients throughout Westchester County, NY and the State of Connecticut. In addition, CBRE's global presence has enabled him to service clients on regional, national and global levels. During his almost 20-year real estate career, Mr. Greenbush has arranged transactions totaling more than 5.5 million square feet of space. His recent focus has been on hedge funds and private equity firms leasing high end space.
