Steve Goldwyn is a First Vice President Capital Markets in the firm's Capital Corporation division. Mr. Goldwyn has closed hundreds of commercial real estate loans in his over 20 years' experience financing commercial property. Since joining the firm in 2012, Steve has been responsible for arranging clients' financing requests with the most appropriate capital and is well-connected with local, regional, and national funding sources. These lenders include specialty single-tenant net leased lenders, credit unions, community-, regional- and national banks, government-agency lenders, conduit lenders, life insurance companies and private lenders. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, Mr. Goldwyn owned and operated a manufacturing and wholesale distribution company from its founding in 1987 to 2004 before serving as a lender with Bayview Financial LLP in Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Goldwyn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
