Steven Figari

Steven Figari serves as Managing Director at Slate Property Group. In this capacity, Steve oversees new acquisitions as well as the asset management of current Slate projects. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of new acquisitions, as well as the strategic oversight of existing projects. Steve approaches each development project with a unique perspective and attention to detail, maximizing the value of all of Slate's transactions. Prior to joining Slate, Steve served as the Director of Acquisitions at Silverstone Property Group, where he oversaw all aspects of acquisitions from deal sourcing, underwriting, and financing, to business plan conception and due diligence. Earlier in his career, Steve worked at Calyon, the investment banking arm of Credit Agricole, where he served as an analyst on their Mortgage-Backed Security Proprietary Trading desk. Steve earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Boston College Carroll School of Management in 2005.
