Steven Boice is a Director for Newmark where he is responsible for all land brokerage activities in the Central Texas region, including Austin and San Antonio. Steven works with a variety of product types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, single-family, seniors and affordable housing. He constantly strives to add value to his clients by sharing his wealth of knowledge as it pertains to land evaluation, zoning, and entitlement processes.

Prior to joining Newmark, Steven worked as an analyst for Dosch Marshall Real Estate, and before that he spent nearly six years as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman in the U.S. Navy. Steven draws heavily from the values he learned while in the service and applies the same diligence and thoughtful practices he relied on while deployed, to guide his decision-making when working with clients.

Steven grew up in Austin, Texas, attended Westlake High School, and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog.
