Bio
Steve initiates and formalizes the investment strategy, from sourcing new acquisitions and deal process to the operation and management of the firm. With over 14 years of experience in real estate investment, development and asset management in North America and Europe, Steve previously worked at Silver Creek Development and the Macquarie Group. He oversaw the development, acquisition/disposition and management of over 10 MSF of commercial real estate and managed a portfolio of over $4B across the United States.
Steve earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business where he focused on Real Estate, Corporate Finance, and Strategy.
