Steve is a member of the asset management team where he works with local operating partners, brokers, and property managers to implement the business plan for properties following acquisition. His responsibilities include overseeing development, marketing, leasing, operations, loan administration, and asset sales. Steve has 21 years of industry experience and has been with the team since Long Wharf's founding in 2011.
