Profile
Steve is a corporate real estate advisor with 10 years of experience, focusing primarily on developing strategic real estate plans, tenant and owner representation, build-to-suit advisory and site, building and investment acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Steve worked at Newmark Knight Frank Epic and Transwestern. Steve's attention to detail and focus on identifying the real problems that clients face upfront, allows him to establish an effective process through which even the toughest business challenges can be solved. "Real estate is just one of many line items that businesses need to address. The best solution is not always as simple as trading bricks and mortar for different bricks and mortar. To ignore the other pressures that a business faces means that you will almost never arrive at the best solution." Steve's ability to relate to and understand his client's thinking while anticipating their concerns has proven extremely effective in building quality, long-term relationships and has allowed him to represent local, national and international accounts.
