In July 2019, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CBRE|MEGA, a long-standing joint affiliate and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in Omaha.

Steve Sheppard is a First Vice President with CBRE, specializing in office sales and leasing. Since 2005, Steve has been involved in the leasing and sales of over 3.4 million square feet of office space with transactions totaling over $248M.

Steve's primary focus is developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans. In addition to structuring and negotiating office leases, Steve's expertise is assisting with the acquisition and disposition of leased properties. By setting goals and effectively communicating throughout the process, Steve has maintained a high success rate with deal progression and completion.
