Current responsibilities
As a member of JLL's Markets Executive team, Mr. Ramseur is responsible for leading the firm's focus on Occupier clients. This includes Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Integrated Portfolio Services, which had combined 2017 revenue of $1.54 billion. He has 25+ years of real estate experience in managing global portfolios, Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, Strategic Advisory, and National Valuation and Property Tax expertise for both national and global corporations. Mr. Ramseur also has recent M&A experience having led the acquisition of BRG, a global OP, MAC and Technology company, which contributed to the firm's number one position.
Mr. Ramseur serves on JLL's Brokerage Executive Committee (BEC), Brokerage Leadership Council (BLC); Markets Strategy Committee (MSC); the Corporate Solutions Americas Leadership Team (CSALT), and the America's Digital Board.
Experience
Most recently, Mr. Ramseur led the firm's digital strategy focused on increasing productivity for professionals in the firm's Tenant Representation business. This included the agile development of applications to deliver value to clients and employees.
He has led the USAA relationship for ten years including the delivery of workplace strategy, campus master planning, transaction management (office and retail), change management, and technology. Previously, he served as the Account Executive for AT&T in the delivery of transactions across the Southeast and Midwest. Prior to this, he led the integrated delivery of facility management, transaction management, lease administration, and strategic advisory for global clients such as Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), and Citigroup.
Education and affiliations
Mr. Ramseur earned an MA in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University and a BA in Urban Planning with a minor in Construction Management from Southwest Texas University (Texas State). He earned his second Masters in Biblical and Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary in August 2017.
Mr. Ramseur has published numerous articles on real estate and the economy. He was the recipient of the F. Grady Stebbins Scholarship of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the American Society of Real Estate Counselors Scholarship.
He is an immediate past member of the Real Estate Roundtable (MRE) for the Mays Graduate School at Texas A&M University, where he continues to lecture. Mr. Ramseur served as a founding board member of CoreNet Global Central Texas Chapter, and is currently serving in an advisory role for the Hendricks Center for Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. He and his wife Angie are active in the SA Down Syndrome Assoc., Morgan's Wonderland, The Academy at Morgan's Wonderland, and Africa New Life Ministries where he will be teaching in October 2018.
