Steve Pulver

Steve Pulver serves as head of originations for the Western Region at Bedrock Capital Associates, and is based in the firm's Denver office. His primary responsibilities include origination, structuring and closing of floating-rate bridge loans, conduit loans and subordinate debt investments. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, capital markets and portfolio management. Mr. Pulver joined the firm from Great West Financial in Denver where, for the past 4 years, he was a senior portfolio manager for the Midwest and East coast region managing a $1.5 billion portfolio of fixed rate loans. Prior to joining Great West, he spent 11 years with Allstate Investments in Chicago handling the originations for the Midwest. He was active in originations, restructures, foreclosures, REOs and loan sales. Mr. Pulver earned his MBA/BS from North Central College in Naperville, IL. He also earned a MS in Real Estate from Walter E Heller Chicago School of Real Estate.
