Steve Maney is the Head of Credit Delivery for the Truist Commercial Real Estate line of business. He is responsible for the Underwriting and Portfolio Management activities within Commercial Real Estate including Private Developers, REITs, Affordable Housing as well as Low Income Housing Tax Credit and New Market Tax Originations. Steve has over 35 years of banking and real estate finance experience and leadership including Commercial, Retail, CRE credit risk roles as well as origination. Steve graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Management Information
